Hi everyone, I am Wyatt Crosher, associate editor at Buckeye Sports Bulletin. Welcome to Hoopla.

I have enjoyed my time covering various Ohio State sports over the past four years, but none of those have captured my attention more than my time on the women’s basketball beat. And while I have enjoyed writing about it from a singular team view, I would like to expand that to a full conference view, where the sport has grown dramatically, even in just my two seasons covering it.

That is why I am starting Hoopla, a FREE newsletter titled on a terrible basketball pun that I thought was very funny. This is going to be something I write on twice a week.

Here is where I will post: once (Mondays) on Big Ten Women’s Basketball. As I mentioned, the Big Ten is getting really, really fun over on the women’s basketball side, and I have a lot to say about it as it gets into this upcoming season.

The other day is, well, the other reason this newsletter is called Hoopla. That one will be a post on whatever I feel like doing that week, and that will be on Thursdays. While I can promise that it will likely be mostly on sports, I cannot guarantee it. Hope you like a little bit of a Wild Card in your life.
