Must say, though I agree that the stability is a general plus, that I'm very worried about whether the younger talent on this team will be able to reach their ceilings given the atmosphere currently surrounding this program, without any transfers being brought in and after losing arguably the best player in program history. As always, you do excellent work!
Really appreciate that Noah! I am so intrigued by if the roster staying so together will be more a pro than con. Because they lost such a star in Burton, I truly don't know either way yet.
Yeah I mean to be fair part of my own relative pessimism is based on a pretty close view of the program and some of its intricacies, but there are definitely plenty of ways this season could go! To be honest, I am (and have been for about a year now lol) pinning an uncomfortable amount of hope on Lau as even a tiny bit of a Burton shoe-filler - I like her game a lot, and the two actually have a lot of similarities between them with regards to high school and the way they entered the program.
